Privacy and measurement
Updated 24 October 2026
VETALYZE is a trading name of Eximius Australia Pty Ltd. This notice explains how we handle information when you enquire, order or use our websites, including our equine and canine breeding offers.
What we collect and why
- Enquiries and demonstrations: your name, email and the phone, business, testing interests, purchase timing and message you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, arrange a demonstration or quote, and follow up on your request.
- Orders and support: purchaser and delivery or collection details, selected products, payment confirmation, order references and correspondence needed to supply your order or handle warranty and support requests.
- Website use and security: page and action counts, broad campaign-source labels and technical information processed by our hosting and payment providers to deliver and protect their services. The offer pages use short-lived, changing hashes derived from IP addresses for rate limiting, separately from aggregate sales counts.
- Your choices: optional marketing permission and its wording and time, plus your browser’s optional Meta measurement choice.
Please do not put card details, passwords, patient records or sensitive personal information in an enquiry. If you do not provide contact details, we may be unable to respond; without the details needed for an order, we may be unable to fulfil it.
Enquiry follow-up and marketing
We can respond to your enquiry without requiring permission for ongoing marketing. On the equine and canine enquiry forms, the product-news and offers checkbox is optional and unticked by default. You can withdraw email marketing permission by emailing rich@vetalyze.com.au or using an unsubscribe option in a marketing email. Order, service and enquiry-related messages may still be needed.
Who helps us provide the service
Information is available to authorised VETALYZE personnel and service providers as needed to operate the website, respond, take payment and fulfil orders. These include:
- HighLevel/LeadConnector through Mastermind for the main website and its forms and store.
- OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and storage used by the breeding-offer pages.
- Resend for offer-page enquiry and order notification emails sent to VETALYZE, and our email services for correspondence.
- Stripe for payment processing. Payment details are entered in the payment service’s checkout; VETALYZE receives order and payment information needed to fulfil and support the purchase.
- Delivery and service providers when needed for your requested delivery or repair.
- Meta when you permit the optional measurement described below, or interact with its platforms.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information where required or authorised by law.
Overseas processing
Our service providers operate internationally. Information may be processed outside Australia, including in the United States; HighLevel also lists support processing in India. Other locations depend on the provider and service. Their published notices and processing-location lists provide further details:
- HighLevel privacy notice and processing locations
- Resend privacy notice and service providers
- Cloudflare privacy notice
- OpenAI privacy notice
- Stripe privacy notice and Meta privacy notice
Cookies and optional Meta measurement
The main store and payment services use cookies or similar technologies for functions such as the cart, checkout and security. Our offer pages remember your measurement choice in browser storage for up to 180 days.
On the equine and canine offer pages, optional Meta measurement is off until you allow it, and remains off when the browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. If allowed, Meta receives page views, selected contact and checkout clicks, confirmation of a saved enquiry and eligible confirmed purchases, together with browser/network information such as your IP address and the page URL. Meta may use cookies and connect these events with your Meta account to measure and improve advertising.
We do not include enquiry messages, names, email addresses or phone numbers as fields in those Meta events, and automatic advanced matching is disabled. A checkout click is not a purchase. Purchase reporting requires a confirmed paid package order, a return to the confirmation page and measurement permission; it may undercount purchases.
Use Change measurement choice near the bottom of either offer page to review or withdraw permission. Declining Meta measurement does not stop essential processing of a request or order. Our aggregate offer-page counts respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control; service providers may still process technical data needed to deliver and protect their services.
Storage and retention
We use access controls and service-provider safeguards to protect information. We retain records as needed to respond, fulfil and support purchases, maintain required business records and handle disputes or legal obligations. Contact us to ask about a particular record; deletion may be limited where retention is required. No online service can guarantee complete security.
Access, correction and concerns
Contact Rich to request access to or correction of your information, ask us to delete information we no longer need, withdraw marketing permission, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and will explain any lawful restriction on your request. If a concern is not resolved, you can seek guidance from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
